摘要
目的观察中药包穴位热熨联合抗呕药防治乳腺癌化疗后恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法 131例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为A组(67例)和B组(64例)。A组采用中药包热熨加盐酸格拉司琼注射液治疗,B组采用安慰剂热熨加盐酸格拉司琼注射液治疗。观察两组化疗后第1~5天眩晕VAS评分和化疗致恶心呕吐(CINV)次数变化,化疗前、化疗后第1天和化疗后第5天血清5-HT含量的变化。结果化疗后第5天A组血清5-HT与B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后第2~5天,两组VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后第3~5天,A组患者CINV次数低于B组(P<0.05)。结论丁香柿蒂散热熨神阙穴可减轻化疗患者恶心呕吐症状。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herb medicine hot compress plus antiemetic in preventing and treating nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy for breast cancer.Method A total of 131 breast cancer patients who were going to receive chemotherapy were randomly allocated to group A(67 cases)and group B(64 cases).Group A was intervened by Chinese herb medicine hot compress plus granisetron hydrochloride injection,while group B received placebo hot compress plus granisetron hydrochloride injection.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of vertigo nausea and the frequency of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)were observed during 1-5 d after the chemotherapy,and the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)was also detected before the chemotherapy,and on day 1 and day 5 after the chemotherapy.Result Group A was significantly different from group B in comparing the level of serum 5-HT on day 5 after the chemotherapy(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS score between the two groups from day 2 to day 5 after the chemotherapy(P<0.05).The frequency of CINV was lower in group A than in group B from day 3 to day 5 after the chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot compress with Ding Xiang Shi Di powder at Shenque(CV 8)can improve chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
