摘要
目的建立甲基苯丙胺(MA)染毒雌性大鼠模型,动态观察针刺干预对不同发育期雌性大鼠生殖发育的影响。方法 60只雌性SD大鼠随机分为7周龄针刺组(7WA组)、7周龄不治疗组(7W组)、9周龄针刺组(9WA组)、9周龄不治疗组(9W组)和正常对照组(N组),每组12只。以2.5 mg/kg的MA制备MA染毒大鼠模型。观察肛殖距,卵巢、子宫重量和系数,血清激素水平变化。结果 7W组与N组、7WA组比较,肛殖距明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。7W组血清LH水平与N组、7WA组比较,9W组与7WA组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。7W组血清FSH水平与N组、7WA组、9WA组及9W组比较,9W组与N组、7W组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺干预可增加雌性MA染毒大鼠的肛殖距;提高其血清FSH、LH水平,可能对雌性大鼠MA暴露所致生殖发育功能有促进作用。
Objective By establishing methamphetamine(MA)-addicted female rat model,to dynamically observe the effect of acupuncture on the reproductive development of the female rats in different developmental stages.Method Sixty female Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomized into a 7-week acupuncture group(7WAG),a 7-week non-treatment group(7WG),a 9-week acupuncture group(9WAG),a 9-week non-treatment group(9WG)and a normal control group(NG),with 12 rats in each group.The MA-addicted rat model was established by administration of MA at 2.5 mg/kg.The anogenital distance,weights of ovaries and uterus and the ratio,as well as changes in serum hormones were observed.Result Compared with the NG and the 7WAG,the anogenital distance in the 7WG was significantly shorter(P<0.01).In comparing the level of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),the 7WG was significantly different from the NG and the 7WAG,and the difference between the 9WG and the 7WAG was also statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparing the level of serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),the 7WG was significantly different from the NG,7WAG,9WAG and 9WG,and the 9WG was significantly different from the NG and the 7WG(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can increase the anogenital distance of MA-addicted female rats and their serum levels of FSH and LH.It may promote the reproductive development of MA-exposed female rats.
