本文从运筹学与管理学角度出发,将投标文件的评审看成一个多属性决策问题,利用直觉模糊c均值聚类算法良好的数据处理能力,采用直觉模糊算术加权平均算子和多属性决策方法,建立了基于直觉模糊集下的多属性决策模型。

The evaluation of the bid documents can be regarded as the multiple attribute decision making problem in terms of the perspective of operations research and management science.By using the good ability of processing data of the intuitionistic fuzzy c-mean cluster algorithm,the multipleattribute decision making model based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets are estabilishedon account of intuitionistic fuzzy weighted arithmetic average operator and multipleattribute decision making method.
