摘要 3D打印对传统加工制造来说是一场技术革命,彻底改变了传统制造思维,是一种集计算机、制造加工与材料成型等多学科专业交叉的新兴技术。本文结合3D打印技术的应用现状,重点分析3D打印机的内部结构及工作原理,并就3D打印技术与高中物理实验的结合进行了合理设想,为进一步激发高中生实验兴趣,深刻掌握基本原理提供借鉴参考,最后通过对3D打印技术在一些领域的成功应用进行了回顾与技术展望。 3D printing is a technological revolution for traditional processing and manufacturing,which has completely changed the traditional manufacturing thinking.As a new technology,which integrates computer,manufacturing processing and material forming.In this paper,combined with the present situation of the application of 3D printing,it focuses on analyzing the internal structure and the working principle of 3D printers,and 3D printing technology and the combination of physics experiment learning in high school have carried on the reasonable assumption.In order to further stimulate interest in experiment for high school students to provide reference for deep grasp basic principle.Finally,some successful application of 3D printing technology in the field and technology outlook have been reviewed.
