光固化复合树脂对牙齿美容修复的效果及其安全性分析

Effect and Safety Analysis of Light Cured Composite Resin for Tooth Beauty Repair

目的:探讨光固化复合树脂牙齿美容修复的效果及其安全性分析。方法:选取笔者科室2017年1月-2017年12月收治的80例行牙齿美容修复的患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规材料进行修复,研究组采用光固化复合树脂对牙齿进行修复,分析对比两组患者的修复效果及其安全性。结果:治疗后两组患者的咀嚼功能均有所改善,研究组的改善状况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1周、1个月、3个月敏感发生率以及疼痛评分研究组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对牙齿美观程度的满意率显著优于对照组,且并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光固化复合树脂应用于牙齿美容修复能够有效为患者减轻敏感发生率,降低患者的疼痛感并提高患者牙齿的美观度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of light cured composite resin for cosmetology and dental restoration.Methods 80 cases of dental cosmetic repair were selected from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups.The control group was repaired with conventional materials.The study group used light curing composite resin to repair the teeth.The effect and safety of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the masticatory function of the two groups was improved.The improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity and pain scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05)in 1,1 and 3 months after the treatment(P<0.05);the patients in the study group were full of the tooth beauty.The rate of intent was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of light curing composite resin to dental cosmetic repair can effectively reduce the incidence of sensitivity,reduce the pain of the patients and improve the beauty of the patients.It is worthy of further clinical application.
