摘要
无刷直流电机在换相过程中产生的转矩脉动,已严重阻碍其在航空、航天等领域的广泛应用。通过分析无刷直流电机在换相过程中产生转矩脉动的原因,设计了一种CUK-NPC拓扑,该拓扑通过前级CUK变换器代替传统直流电源,有效提高了输出电压范围,并采用中点钳位型三电平逆变桥进一步提高抑制效果。CUK-NPC拓扑控制策略使导通相与关断相电流变化速率相同,非换相相电流保持恒定,从而达到抑制换相转矩脉动的目的。实验结果表明:该拓扑结构以及控制策略能有效应用于无刷直流电机驱动系统,电机在不同速度阶段换相转矩脉动都得到了明显抑制。
The torque ripple generated during the commutation process has been seriously hampered brushless DC motor(BLDCM)application in high precision system,such as aviation and aerospace.Through research the reason of the torque ripple,a new topology drive system which employ CUK converter instead of the traditional DC power circuit is proposed to operate with high static gain.Meanwhile,the suppression effect is further improved by the utilization of NPC three-level inverter bridge.Furthermore,the control strategy reaches the equal current changing rate of the incoming and outgoing phase.It makes non-commutation phase current maintain constant as well,in order to meet the purpose of torque ripple suppressing.Ultimately,the experimental results show that the proposed topology can effectively applied to BLDCM drive system,it significantly reduces the commutation torque ripple at both high and low speeds.
