恶性肿瘤组织内免疫细胞浸润与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目前已有大量证据表明慢性炎症在多种恶性肿瘤的启动、进展及转移潜能中起着病原学作用,但其具体关联及作用机制尚未被完全阐明。在一些类型肿瘤中,已发现其与感染具有相关性(如乙肝与肝癌,幽门螺杆菌与胃癌,HPV与宫颈癌)。因此,大量研究开始从恶性肿瘤组织内免疫细胞入手,探讨并论证其与肿瘤发生发展及预后的关系,从而为其治疗提供可能的一种途径。文章将对恶性肿瘤内免疫细胞的浸润度与患者远期预后的相关性作一综述。
