肝郁与女子不孕关系之探讨

不孕症发病率逐年上升,成为影响社会稳定及家庭幸福的重要因素。中医学认为,女子以肝为先天,甚至有学者明确提出"肝司生殖"之理论,肝疏泄功能正常可使女子经调自孕,若疏泄失常,则气机升降出入难以协调,血脉往来不利,肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴失衡,孕育难成。故临床治疗女性不孕,多注重疏肝调肝解郁之法,往获奇效。

The incidence of infertility has increased year by year,which has become an important factor affecting social stability and family happiness.Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that the liver is congenital foundation for woman,even some scholars put forward the theory of liver controlling the reproduction,the function of liver dispersion make females pregnant,if the function is abnormal,qi and blood is disordered,the axis of kidney鄄Tiangui鄄Chongren鄄Uterus axis is imbalanced,which induces infertility.The clinical treatment of female infertility should pay more attention to the method of smoothing and regulating the liver and relieving depression,which is to be miraculous.
