一种矩阵化描述的分布式光伏准入容量计算方法 被引量:5

摘要 针对配电网大面积接入分布式光伏的准入容量计算问题,考虑电压稳定和区域太阳光能量的分布,首先分析了分布式光伏接入对配电网的影响。然后用自定义矩阵导出电压约束,提出一种矩阵化描述的准入容量计算方法,避免在应用电压约束进行准入容量计算时的潮流迭代问题。采用通用的数据结构和矩阵化的描述,便于计算规模的扩展。采用遗传算法计算各节点准入容量,得出以电压为约束的准入容量值。最后以IEEE11节点系统为例对提出的方法进行了仿真计算,分别得到分布式光伏无额外限制接入、按距离均匀分布接入和按节点均匀分布接入三种情景的准入容量,进而提出适用于大面积分布式光伏接入配电网的原则。 To solve the problem of penetration level calculation when a wide range of distributed photovoltaic(PV)is connected to distribution network,the influence of the distributed PV integration on the distribution network is analyzed firstly considering voltage stability and regional solar energy distribution.Then voltage constraints are deduced using custom matrix,and a penetration level calculation method based on matrix description is proposed to avoid flow iteration when uses voltage constraints to calculate penetration level.Generic data structure and matrix description are adopted to extend the calculation scale conveniently.Genetic algorithm is used to calculate the specific penetration level of each node and the penetration level value based on constrained voltage is got.Finally,taking the IEEE11 node system as an example,the proposed method is simulated and calculated.The penetration levels of the three scenarios,i.e.distributed PV access without considering extra restriction,evenly distributed access based on distance and evenly distributed based on nodes are obtained respectively,thus proposing ways suitable for large-area distributed PV access.
