逆变型电源对距离保护的影响机理分析 被引量:20

摘要 新能源电源接入使得电网故障特征发生根本性改变,传统继电保护应用于新能源接入系统时存在适应性问题。针对工频量距离保护在逆变型新能源场站送出线路中的适应性问题,推导了典型低穿控制策略下逆变型电源短路电流表达式,分析了短路电流幅值和相角特性及其影响因素。在此基础上,分析了送出线路发生各类短路故障时两侧工频量距离保护在不同阻抗继电器接线方式下的动作性能。研究结果表明,逆变型电源短路电流幅值受限和相角受控使得场站侧工频量距离保护容易出现不正确动作、系统侧工频量距离保护能更加可靠地动作,该结论不受阻抗继电器接线方式影响。基于RTDS的仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。 With renewable energy generators integrated into power system,the fault current characteristics are greatly influenced.There exist adaptability issues when traditional protections are used in such system.Focusing on power-frequency based distance protection configured on the transmission line emanating from Inverter Interfaced Renewable Energy Generators(IIREGs),the fault current of the IIREG is calculated under typical fault ride through controls and its amplitude and angular characteristics and effect factors are analyzed.Then the operation performances of impedance relay with both AG element and BC element are discussed under both symmetrical and asymmetrical faults.Results show that despite of the AG element or the BC element,the impedance relay of the IIREG side refuses to operate easily under all kinds of fault types,while that of the system side can operate more reliably.Simulations on RTDS verify the conclusions.
