摘要
针对车削加工中切削力分力及夹角的研究中,通常认为车削力的分力比值存在一个相对一定的区间,切削分力的夹角也较为固定。此项研究在掌握切削机理的基础上,研究外圆车削中的切削力分力夹角与切削参数的关系。通过试验数据分析外圆车削过程中各切削分力随切削参数的变化规律,验证切削分力夹角与以往切削原理的结论是否一致,找出各切削分力之间夹角的分布趋势。研究表明,切削分力的夹角在外圆车削过程中并不是一个相对固定的定值,而是随着切削条件尤其是切削参数改变而发生一定规律的变化。
In the research of cutting force components and their angles in turning,it is generally considered that there is a relative interval turning force angle between the force components.On the basis of mastering the cutting mechanism,the relationship between cutting force angle and cutting parameters in cylindrical turning is studied.Through the test data analysis,the tendency of cutting force changed with different cutting parameters in the turning process is presented,and the verification research whether the cutting force angle is consistent with cutting principle is carried out.Further,the distribution trend of force angle with cutting parameters is found out.The research shows that the angle of the cutting force compo-nent is not a relative fixed value in the process of turning,but changes regularly with the cutting condi-tion,especially the cutting parameter.
