摘要
根据船用柴油机关键件的几何形状与数控工艺特点,给出关键件加工特征的详细定义。从制造语义、制造资源、几何信息等方面对特征进行描述,构建柴油机关键件加工特征信息模型,并给出特征的相似度计算方法。最后,以关键件某加工特征为对象,结合所给出的关键件加工特征定义对几种定义方法的特征匹配结果进行分析。分析结果表明,使用所述的面向数控工艺复用的特征定义方法,能够实现加工特征的高效精准匹配,进而对已有数控工艺成果进行复用,提高NC程序的编制质量与效率。
The definition of machining features which is applicable to diesel engine key parts is given according to the characteristics of geometric shape and numerical control process of diesel engine key parts.The features are described from manufacturing semantic,manufacturing resources and geometric information,and the machining feature model of diesel engine key parts is constructed and a method of similarity comparison of features.Finally,the feature matching results of several definition methods are analyzed.The analysis results show that we can achieve efficient and precise matching of machining features,and reuse existing NC process achievements to improve the quality and efficiency of NC programming by using the method of feature definition for the reuse of NC process described in this paper.
