基于PLC和MCGS组态的离子膜成型机控制系统设计 被引量:5

摘要 离子膜是锂离子电池四大关键材料之一,置于电池正负两极之间阻隔着正负极接触。为了解决离子膜的生产效率低,生产质量差的问题,设计了顶杆式涤纶排管定型机机构在PLC和MCGS以及各种传感技术的配合下实现自动加工控制,编写了PLC与触摸屏的控制程序,设计了触摸屏的控制操作界面,有效地实现了定型机的实时监控。经调试及应用,提高了生产离子膜的自动化水平,使得生产效率提高了近40%,能源消耗减少30%以上,节能环保方面也有较大的效果。 The ion membrane is one of the four key materials for lithium ion batteries,and is placed between the positive and negative electrodes of the battery to block the positive and negative electrodes.In order to solve the problem of low production efficiency of ion membranes and poor production quality,the top-rod polyester tube setting machine mechanism was designed to achieve automatic processing control in cooperation with PLC and MCGS and various sensing technologies,and PLC and touch screens were prepared.The control program designed the touch screen control operation interface,and effectively realized the real-time monitoring and remote control of the setting machine.After debugging and application,the automation level of the production of ion membranes has been improved,the production efficiency has been improved by nearly 40%,the energy consumption has been reduced by more than 30%,and energy-saving and environmental protection also have a greater effect.
