摘要
针对快走丝线切割机加工过程中出现的切割不稳、钼丝与导电块之间产生异常火花放电、易短路及断丝等问题,以DK7732型快走丝线切割机为例,从其进电系统及运丝系统等方面进行分析,提出了改进方法,并试验验证改进措施可行。
In the cutting process of fast wire cutting machine there are problems such as:cutting instability,abnormal spark discharge between the molybdenum wire and conductive block,short circuit and easy to wire breaking,with DK7732 type fast wire cutting machine as an example,analyze from the electrical system and wire transport system and other aspects,propose the improvement method,and test to verify the feasible measures.
