摘要
大深宽比阵列微槽的尺寸精度、加工质量和一致性等要求高,现有的商品化微细刀具严重限制其高质量加工。针对有机玻璃大深宽比阵列微槽加工,设计、制造了微细切削刀具。采用自制刀具进行了微细刨削、车削试验,加工出表面质量好、尺寸精度高的平面阵列微槽和环形阵列微槽,验证了自制微细切削刀具的切削性能。
Micro arrayed channels of high aspect ratio required high dimensional accuracy,machining quality and consistency,commercial micro tools limited their high-quality machining.Aimed at the machining of micro arrayed channels,micro cutting tools were designed and manufactured in this study.Micro chipping and turning experiments were performed using the self-fabricated tools.Micro arrayed channels in plane and annular directions were manufactured,and excellent surface quality and dimensional accuracy were obtained.The cutting performance of self-developed micro tools was verified.
