摘要 根据深孔内球面的结构和尺寸要求,设计绘制了深孔内球面镗刀结构,由镗刀、镗杆和手摇机构组成。匀速摇动手轮,由刻度盘显示数值控制进给量,镗刀以镗刀体中心做圆周运动,工件做回转运动,两者运动复合就加工出了深孔内球面。该装置已经试制成功,可以在全国推广使用。 According to the structure and size requirements of the inside spherical surface of the deep hole,design the structure of the boring tool of deep hole inside spherical surface,composed with boring tool,boring bar and hand operation mechanism.Shake hand wheel at a constant speed,dial shows that the numerical control feeding,boring tool do circular motion around the center of the boring cutter body,the workpiece do a rotary motion,the deep hole inside spherical surface is manufactured by both sports complex.The device has been tested successfully and can be popularized in nationwide.
