从这么多年环境影响评价的实施情况来看,环境影响评价对我国的社会经济发展与环境之间关系的改善起到了非常关键的作用。而随着持续性发展理念的深入,环境影响评价也出现了一些问题。本文对可持续发展与环境影响评价之间的关系进行了分析,从另一个角度对环境影响评价制度进行了研究。

From the implementation of environmental impact assessment for so many years,environmental impact assessment has played a very important role in improving the relationship between social and economic development and the environment in China.With the deepening of the concept of sustainable development,there have been some problems in environmental impact assessment.This paper analyzes the relationship between sustainable development and environmental impact assessment,and studies the environmental impact assessment system from another perspective.
