关于鞍山市黑臭水体治理工作的一些思考

Some thoughts on the management of black and stinky water in Anshan city

城市黑臭水体危害百姓身心健康,严重损害了城市人居环境,是广大市民反映强烈的水环境问题。根据国家2015年出台的"水十条"的要求,到2020年地级及以上城市建成区黑臭水体均控制在10%的目标要求,结合鞍山市的实际情况,分析黑臭水体产生的原因,城市排水设施存在的问题,提出鞍山市治理黑臭水体工作的目标及步骤。

The urban black and odorous water body endangers the physical and mental health of the people and seriously damages the urban human settlement environment.It is a water environment problem that the general public reflects strongly.According to the requirements of the“Water 10”issued by the country in 2015,by 2020,the black and odorous water bodies in the built-up areas of prefecture-level and above cities will be controlled to the target of 10%.Based on the actual situation of Anshan City,the causes of black-smelling water bodies will be analyzed.The problem of urban drainage facilities,the goal of working on the treatment of black and odorous water in Anshan City,and the working steps.
