VOCs是挥发性有机化合物,欧盟对其定义是:在标准大气压(101.3 k Pa)下初沸点≤250℃的有机化合物。文章针对印刷行业的VOCs污染问题,分析了清洁生产在印刷行业VOCs污染防治中的应用,认为实施清洁生产是降低印刷行业VOCs污染的一项重要措施,可为企业实现节能减排目标,促进企业的可持续发展。当前人们生活水平的不断提升,带动了以纸、塑料、金属为主要基材的包装印刷行业,包装印刷行业得到了快速发展。但是,包装印刷的过程中会产生和排放挥发性有机物,对环境造成严重的污染,影响着人类的生存环境。

VOCs are volatile organic compounds.The European Union defines it as an organic compound with an initial boiling point of≤250°C at a standard atmospheric pressure(101.3 kPa).The article addresses the issue of VOCs pollution in the printing industry,and analyzes the application of cleaner production in the prevention and control of VOCs pollution in the printing industry.It believes that implementation of cleaner production is an important measure to reduce the pollution of VOCs in the printing industry.It can achieve energy conservation and emission reduction goals for enterprises and promote enterprises.Sustainable development.The continuous improvement of people’s living standards has driven the packaging and printing industry with paper,plastic,and metal as the main substrates,and the packaging and printing industry has developed rapidly.However,during the process of packaging and printing,volatile organic compounds are generated and emitted,causing serious environmental pollution and affecting the living environment of human beings.
