摘要
本文利用HNO_3-K_2S_2O_8快速氧化法与原子荧光法结合的技术,建立了水体中总汞的快速分析方法。本方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.0029μg/L,方法加标回收率为95.5%~104%.该方法具有分析速度快、操作步骤简单、检出灵敏度高等优点,是一种快速进行水样中总汞含量测定的方法。
In this paper,a rapid analysis method for total mercury in water was established by using HNO3-K2S2O8 rapid oxidation method combined with atomic fluorescence method.The linear correlation coefficient of the method is 0.9999,the detection limit is 0.0029μg/L,and the recovery rate of the method is 95.5%~104%.The method has the advantages of fast analysis speed,simple operation steps and high detection sensitivity.A method for rapid determination of total mercury in water samples.
