强化管理体系建设 提高环境监测质量

Strengthening the construction of management system, improving the quality of environmental monitoring

近年来,尽管我国环境监测质量管理水平获得了长足进步,环境监测技术不断成熟,但与社会民众的期望仍有一定距离。对此,环境监测部门应该进一步加强监测质量内部控制,以信息技术为平台,以信息工具为载体,根据环境监测实况构建有效的质量监测体系,提高环境监测的科学性、准确性与可行性。

In recent years,although China’s environmental monitoring quality management level has made great progress and environmental monitoring technology has matured,it still has a certain distance from the expectations of the public.In this regard,the environmental monitoring department should further strengthen the internal control of monitoring quality,use information technology as a platform,use information tools as a carrier,and build an effective quality monitoring system based on environmental monitoring to improve the scientific,accuracy and feasibility of environmental monitoring.
