Public participation in environmental management: current situation and countermeasures

环境管理作为一项公益事业,离不开公众的参与,但是就我国当前的情况而言,环境管理的公众参与程度并不高,这对于一些决策的制定和推行具有一定的阻碍。所以,如何使环境管理工作有更多的公众参与进来,就成为了一个值得深入研究的问题。本文对于公众参与环境管理的意义进行了深入的分析,指明了公众参与环境管理现状中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了公众参与环境管理的对策。

As a public welfare undertaking,environmental management is inseparable from public participation.However,as far as China's current situation is concerned,the degree of public participation in environmental management is not high,which has certain obstacles to the formulation and implementation of some decisions.Therefore,how to make more environmental participation in environmental management work has become an issue worthy of further study.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the significance of public participation in environmental management,points out the problems existing in the status quo of public participation in environmental management,and on this basis puts forward the countermeasures of public participation in environmental management.
