摘要
风电的高渗透率给电力系统运行带来了一系列复杂的问题,需求响应(DemandResponse,DR)项目的实施成为应对这些问题的有效途径。为此,对可转移负荷的特性进行了研究,构建了可转移负荷的模型,并将其融入到含风电场的日前调度中,以提高调度的灵活性。在研究可转移负荷特性的基础上,综合考虑用户参与DR项目的水平对风电利用率和系统运行的影响,以火电机组运行成本、环境成本以及激励成本总和最小为目标函数,建立日前调度优化模型,并用商业软件CPLEX对模型进行求解。算例分析结果表明,激励用户转移负荷的DR能够降低系统运行成本,减少火电机组污染气体排放,改善负荷曲线,提高风电利用率。
The high penetration of the wind energy raises a series of complicated issues.The implementation of Demand Response(DR)project is an effective way to deal with these issues.Hence,in this paper,the characteristics of shiftable load are studied,and the shiftable load model is built and incorporated into the scheduling with wind farm to improve the flexibility.On the basis of studying the shiftable load characteristics,considering the influence of the customer’s participation levels in the DR project on the utilization of wind power and the system operation,the scheduling optimization model is established with the minimum the sum of operating cost,environmental cost of the thermal power unit and incentive cost,the model is solved by the commercial software CPLEX.The results of case study show that the DR can decrease the operating cost,reduce the pollutant discharge of the thermal power unit,perfect the load curve and improve the wind power utilization percentage.
