酸性氧化电位水对于外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病治疗的效果观察

摘要 目的探讨酸性氧化电位水对于外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病治疗的效果。方法根据随机数字表法进行2017年7月~2018年4月90例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者分成不同组。对照组给予达克宁栓治疗,观察组则给予达克宁栓联合酸性氧化电位水治疗。比较效果。结果观察组外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组外阴瘙痒消失时间、豆腐渣白带消失时间、外阴烧灼感消失时间、阴道黏膜炎性充血消失时间优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后观察组阴道清洁度等级、生活质量SF-36量表分值优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组药物不良反应率和对照组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论达克宁栓联合酸性氧化电位水治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的应用效果确切。 Objective To investigate the effect of acidic oxidizing water on the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods According to the random number table method,patients with vaginal candidiasis were divided into different groups from July 2017 to April 2018.The control group was treated with Miconazole suppository,and the observation group was treated with Dacron suppository combined with acidic electrooxidation water.Compare results.Results The treatment effect of the vulvovaginal candidiasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of the genital itching,the disappearance time of the leucorrhea leucorrhea,the disappearance time of the vulva burning sensation,and the inflammatory congestive disappearance time of the vaginal mucosa were better in the observation group In the control group,P<0.05;after the treatment,the vaginal cleanliness level and quality of life score of the SF-36 scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The rate of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion The effect of Dakening suppository combined with acidic electrolyzed water in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis is definite.
