摘要
目的通过一系列的方法及措施加强妇产科住院医师规范化培训,在实践中摸索出一套行之有效的规陪模式。方法选取2016年4月~2017年3月在新疆医科大学第二附属医院妇产科参加住院医师规范化培训的医师42例,分组实行两种培训模式,考核标准统一。采用SPSS 19.0软件进行数据分析。结果采用新的培训模式医师组的医德医风、临床技能、学术能力三方面的考核成绩均明显优于传统培训模式的医师组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究中新的培训模式明显优于传统模式,但仍需更多例数进一步验证效果,并需保证考核标准。
Objective Through a series of methods and measures to strengthen the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology physicians,in practice,worked out a set of effective regulation mode.Methods Forty-two patients were enrolled in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from April to March in 2016,and two training models were grouped.The standard of examination was unified.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 19.0 software.Results The scores of medical ethics,clinical skills and academic ability of the new training model group were significantly better than those of the traditional training mode,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new training model is better than the traditional model,but still need more data to verify the effect,and need to guarantee assessment standard.
