容积旋转调强与固定野调强在宫颈癌术后放疗的剂量学比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析研究容积旋转调强与固定野调强在宫颈癌术后放疗的剂量学情况。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2017年8月在本院治疗的21例宫颈癌患者的临床资料,21例患者中有12例行容积旋转调强放疗,9例行固定野调强放疗,比较两组患者靶区剂量适形度,均匀性指数及危及器官的剂量。结果容积旋转调强计划的适形度指数(CI)为0.94±0.01,固定野调强计划的适形度指数CI为0.92±0.01,容积旋转调强计划的靶区适形性指数CI略好,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);容积旋转调强计划的均匀性指数(HI)为1.01±0.01,固定野调强计划的均匀性指数HI为1.05±0.02,两组计划的靶区均匀性指数HI比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);容积旋转调强计划中股骨头的平均剂量低于固定野动态调强计划差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用容积旋转调强技术对于危及器官的保护要优于固定野调强技术,建议尽量设计容积旋转调强计划。
