胰岛素皮下泵在妊娠糖尿病中的护理

Nursing care of insulin subcutaneous pump in gestational diabetes

目的探讨妊娠糖尿病病患在胰岛素皮下泵治疗时的护理方法。方法将2015年1月~2017年12月收治的妊娠糖尿病病患52例,按数字法随机分为参照组和观察组各26例,参照组对病患实施常规护理,观察组此基础上加强用药护理。比较两组护理前后两组病患血糖水平变化情况、低血糖发生情况以及对护理的满意度。结果两组病患护理前FBG和2h PBG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理后观察组FBG和2h PBG水平均明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率为3.85%,明显低于参照组的23.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病患对护理的满意度为96.15%,显著高于参照组的73.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采用胰岛素皮下泵治疗的妊娠糖尿病病患加强用药护理,可有效降低病患血糖水平,减少或避免低血糖情况发生,有利于保障母婴健康,提高病患对护理的满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing method of pregnant diabetic patients treated with insulin subcutaneous pump.Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,52 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=26)and observation group(n=26).The changes of blood glucose level,hypoglycemia and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of FBG and 2hPBG between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The levels of BG and 2hPBG were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 3.85,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.08,P<0.05),and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was 96.155.It was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.08)(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening medication and nursing care of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated with insulin subcutaneous pump can effectively reduce the level of blood sugar,reduce or avoid hypoglycemia,and be beneficial to the health of mother and child.To improve patients'satisfaction with nursing care.
