卡尔·施米特(1888-1985)被誉为20世纪最重要的政治思想家,声名卓著。同时,他也因追随纳粹以及反犹而被冠上了第三帝国的"桂冠法学家"之名,毁誉参半。施米特的反犹思想根植于天主教家庭背景,其反犹言论在他效忠纳粹政权时期达到极盛,并在其后半生的著述中余音不绝。文章旨在分析施米特主要论著中的反犹言论以及他的反犹行为,以阐明他的反犹思想,揭示他思想中的反犹本质。

Carl Schmitt(1888 1985)was well known as“the most important political thinker of the twentieth Century”.Meanwhile,he followed the Nazis and insisted on anti-Semitism and was titled as“Jurist Laureate”in the Third Reich,which seriously damaged his reputation.Schmidt’s anti-Semitism was rooted in his Catholic family.His anti-Semitic Views reached its peak during his service for the Nazi regime,and also lingered in his later writings.This paper is to analyze Carl Schmitt’s anti-Semitic views in his main works and anti-Semitic behavior to clarify his anti-Semitism and reveal his anti-Semitic nature.
