摘要
文章通过ANSYS软件建立高温多雨地区双块式无砟轨道有限元模型,利用车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论、疲劳伤损理论,在钢筋混凝土疲劳寿命研究成果的基础上,以南宁地区月平均气温为基础,预测高温多雨地区双块式无砟轨道在列车动荷载与温度荷载耦合作用下疲劳寿命,结果表明:高温多雨地区双块式无砟轨道疲劳寿命基本符合高速铁路设计年限;混凝土疲劳失效将会比钢筋疲劳失效早出现;高温多雨地区月平均气温、地区纬度、施工温度组合温度场对疲劳寿命较为不利。对今后高温多雨地区双块式无砟轨道设计与铺设提供指导性建议。
Through ANSYS software to establish double block type high temperature and rainy region without a frantic jumble track finite element model,using the theory of vehicle-track coupling dynamics and fatigue damage theory,based on the research achievements about the fatigue life of reinforced concrete,setting the monthly average temperature in Nanning area as the study temperature,the fatigue life of double block ballastless track in hot and rainy areas under the coupling of the train dynamic load is predicted.The results show that the fatigue life of double block ballastless track in hot and rainy areas is conformed to the designed service life of high-speed railway track.The happen of concrete fatigue failure is earlier than that of steel fatigue failure.The combined temperature fields of monthly average temperature,regional latitude and construction temperature in hot and rainy areas are unfavorable for fatigue life.It provides the guidance suggestions for the design and laying of double-block ballastless track in high-temperature and rainy areas in the future.
