平面方钢管桁架托架抗弯承载力试验及有限元分析

摘要 文章对一榀跨度为3.8m的方钢管桁架托架进行设计荷载下的试验研究及有限元分析,确定桁架内力分布和变形能力。结果表明:方钢管桁架作为托架是安全的;在设计荷载作用下,钢桁架内力分布较均匀,变形符合要求;采用铰接有限元计算模型能满足设计计算要求,且计算结果为上限值。 In this study,experiment and finite element analysis of a square steel tube truss bracket with span of 3.8m under design loads were conducted to determine the internal force distribution and deformability of the bracket.The results show that square steel tube truss is enough safe as a bracket,internal force distribution is uniform,the deformation is up to the requirements,and the articulated model can meet the design requirements and its results are upper limited values.
