白背叶根配方颗粒与其标准汤剂的MIC比较研究

摘要 目的:通过比较白背叶根配方颗粒与标准汤剂的最小体外抑菌浓度(MIC),为白背叶根配方颗粒临床用量提供参考依据。方法:采用连续二倍琼脂稀释法,分别测定白背叶根配方颗粒(水提、醇提)与标准汤剂三组药液(以下简称"三组药液")对金黄色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌耐药菌株、粪肠球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌等6种常见致病菌的MIC值。结果:对于6种常见致病菌的MIC值,白背叶根醇提配方颗粒MIC值为标准汤剂MIC值的一半;而水提配方颗粒的MIC值与标准汤剂MIC值无显著性差异。结论:白背叶根配方颗粒(醇提)的抑菌效果是标准汤剂的2倍,初定其临床用量是标准汤剂的半量;而白背叶根配方颗粒(水提)用量可等同其标准汤剂用量。 The minimum in vitro antimicrobial concentration(MIC)between the formula granules and the standard decoctions of Mallotus apelta root(MAR)were compared in order to provide a reference for the clinical dosage of the formula granule of Mallotus apelta roothe root.Using continuous double agar dilution method,the minimum inhibition concentration(MIC)of MAR formula granules(by water extraction and alcohol extraction respectively)and three MAR standard decoctions of for 6 kinds of common pathogenic bacteria including Staphylococcus aureus,the drug resistant of Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecalis,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter Bauman were respectively determined.The results shows that For the above 6 kinds of common pathogenic bacteria,the MIC of MAR formula granule(alcohol extraction)is only 50%of that of MAR standard decoctions.The MIC of MAR formula granule(alcohol extraction)is no difference from that of 3 kinds of the standard decoctions.Conclusion The antibacterial effect of MAR formula granule(alcohol extraction)was twice that of the standard decoctions,therefore,it can be sure that the dosage of the formula granule(alcohol extraction)is half of that of the standard decoctions in clinic,and the dosage of the formula granule(water extraction)is equivalent to its standard decoction dosage.
