Contract management is one of the important contents of project management.In this paper,the requirements of the process of highway engineering contract management is discussed,and the author analyses and discusses the design and application of contract management scheme of highway engineering with the experience of contract management in the construction of the expressway engineering from Guigang to Hepu.
