水平井尾管半程固井技术在卡拉姆卡斯油田的应用 被引量:1

摘要 哈萨克斯坦卡拉姆卡斯油田位于曼格什拉克半岛西部,从地质构造上认为是卡拉姆卡斯—乌津大地构造台阶,沉积于南曼格什拉克拗陷北缘。该油田建成于1970年代,2017年当地甲方为了保持油田产能,决定以2510井为先导试验,进行套管开窗侧钻水平井作业改造,要求Ф146.1mm井眼使用Ф101.6mm管柱实现尾管半程固井工艺。针对该井井身结构特殊、固井工艺复杂、小间隙固井对水泥浆及水泥石的性能要求高、固井施工泵压高易漏失等难题,通过对固井工具及工艺配套设计研究,水泥浆性能优化,科学设计、精细施工,确保了该井固井施工的安全进行,固井质量优质,为哈萨克斯坦卡拉姆卡斯油田后续开窗侧钻水平井的开发提供了技术保障。 Karamkas oilfield in Kazakhstan is located in the western part of the Mangyshlak,Poluostrov.From the geological structure,it is considered to be the structural step of Karamkas-Uzyn land and is deposited on the northern margin of the South Mangyshlak sag.The oil field was built in the 1970s.In 2017,in order to maintain the oil field productivity,Party A at local decided to carry out the case overshot for sidetrack drilling horizontal well technology in 2510 well as a pilot test,and required to useФ101.6mm pipe in theФ146.1mm borehole to realize tail piping halfway cementing.Aiming at problems of this well as special structure,complex cementing technology,high performance requirements for cement paste and cement stone applied in small clearance cementing,easy leakage for high pump pressure in cementing construction,and so on,the cementing tools and mating technology were specially designed and studied,at the same time,performance of cement paste was optimized,and some other methods,such as scientific design and fine construction were adopted,so that safe construction and excellent quality of cementing of this well was ensured which provided technical support for subsequent development of case overshot for sidetrack drilling horizontal well in Karamkas oilfield in Kazakhstan.
