摘要 为减少征地面积,节约投资费用,降低管理难度,新疆油田吉7井区首次成功研究并应用了井站一体式采油平台地面工艺。文章通过结合吉7稠油注水冷采开发的特点,按照"多井丛—大平台—井站一体式采油平台"的设计理念,在标准化设计、工厂化预制、模块化集成、橇装化建设的基础上,实现了集输管网减量化,设备集成一体化,生产数据信息化,管理层级扁平化,巡检作业无泥化等诸多创新性技术。形成了具有新疆油田特色的普通稠油地面建设和集输技术,成功推动了油田大型井场的建设和发展。 In order to reduce the land expropriation area,economize the cost of investment,lower the management difficulty,Xinjiang oilfield Ji-7 area firstly successfully research and apply the surface process of oil production platform which is composed of well and station.In this paper,integrated with the characteristic of the heavy oil cold production in Ji-7 area,according to the design concept of“multi-well cluster-large platform-platform which is composed of well and station”,on the basis of standardized design,factory prefabrication,modular integration and skid-mounted construction,realized the innovative technology of the gathering pipeline network reduction,equipment integration,production data information,management level flattening,inspection work without mud,etc.It was formed surface construction and gathering technology which had its own characteristics in Xinjiang common heavy oil oilfield.It also successfully promoted the construction and development of large well site in oilfield.
