摘要
针对氨泵油压联锁系统故障率高,经常出现误停机或停不掉机现象,且不能远程监控的现状,对其油压控制系统进行改进,以期达到稳定生产,降低故障率,提高设备长周期稳定运行效果。
In view of the ammonia pump hydraulic interlocking system failure rate is high,often appear mistake or stop out machine downtime phenomenon,and not the present situation of the remote monitoring,we decided to the hydraulic control system was improved,in order to achieve stable production,reduce the failure rate,improve the effect of equipment run steady for a long period of time.
