主要研究了萃取精馏在甲醇精馏中的应用情况,结合萃取精馏的原理,详细分析了甲醇精馏中应用萃取精馏的实例,目的在于提升甲醇产品生产效率,保证其质量。从当前情况来讲,甲醇精馏已经被应用于多个甲醇项目中,并且产品和标准要求相符合,表明了萃取精馏在粗甲醇精馏中产生了良好的应用效果。

In this paper,the application of extractive distillation in methanol distillation is mainly studied.Combined with the principle of extractive distillation,the application of extractive distillation in methanol distillation is analyzed in detail.The purpose is to improve the production efficiency of methanol and ensure its quality.From the current situation,methanol rectification has been applied to several methanol projects,and the product is in line with the standard requirements.This indicates that extractive distillation has a good application effect in crude methanol rectification.
