现代大型煤化工项目随着社会经济的发展不断迅猛发展。因其项目建设周期长,资金投入大,涉及单位及人员多,生产设备特殊等特点,对安全管理的要求非常高。因此结合大型煤化工项目各个阶段的工作重点,分析了项目前期、建设期间、运行期间的安全管理重点,以为我国的现代大型煤化工项目安全管理提供参考。

Modern large-scale coal chemical projects have been developing rapidly with the development of social economy.Due to its long project construction period,large capital investment,large number of units and personnel,and special production equipment,its requirements for safety management are very high.This article combines the author’s actual work experience,combined with the work focus of each phase of the large-scale coal chemical project,and analyzes the safety management priorities during the pre-project period,construction period and operation period,in order to contribute to China's modern large-scale coal chemical project safety management.
