摘要
页岩气依靠滚动开发来实现增产稳产,滚动开发过程中井场逐渐增多,需要大量的井场处理装置,橇装一体化装置便于灵活调配,重复利用率高,可以减少投资,能更好地适应页岩气产能递减、初期含砂含水的特征和滚动的开发模式。针对页岩气的非常规特性,选择适合页岩气开采的井场工艺,并结合PDMS软件将井口装置撬装化。
Shale gas relies on rolling development to increase production and stabilize production.In the rolling development process,the number of wellsites gradually increases.A large number of wellsite processing devices are needed.The skid-mounted integrated device facilitates flexible deployment and high reuse efficiency,which can reduce investment and improve The adaptability of shale gas production decline,the characteristics of early sand containing water,and rolling development model.In view of the unconventional characteristics of shale gas,the paper selects a wellsite process that is suitable for shale gas extraction,and combines PDMS software to skim the wellhead device.
