防偏磨光杆润滑器的研制与应用

摘要 抽油机井发生井口油气泄漏现象,主要是由于井口光杆不居中,导致井口盘根磨损较快以及光杆与格兰摩擦,致使井口发生油气泄漏现象。油井地层能量不足,致使油井出现间出现象,导致井口光杆与盘根出现干磨现象,处理不及时,易发生井口油气泄漏。 Oil well leakage at the wellhead of a pumping well is mainly due to the fact that the polished rod at the wellhead is not centered,resulting in faster wear of the wellhead packing and friction between the polished rod and the granite,leading to oil and gas leakage at the wellhead.The lack of energy in the formation of the oil well resulted in the appearance of oil wells,which resulted in dry grinding of polished rods and packings at the wellhead.The treatment was not timely and was prone to oil and gas leakage at the wellhead.
