水性船舶涂料的应用研究

涂料所具备的防腐性和装饰性使涂料工业飞跃发展,考虑到涂料使用给环境带来的严重污染和对人体健康的严重危害,近年来,国家以及地方先后出台了限制VOC排放的管理规定,明确限制高VOC排放的涂料使用,因此涂料工业向"绿色工业"转化已刻不容缓。水性涂料作为一种既环保健康,保色性能又好的涂料,越来越受到船舶用户的青睐。主要结合船舶行业现状,分析船舶水性涂料的优缺点,阐述其应用状况及前景。

The anticorrosion and decorative properties of the coatings have made the coating industry develop rapidly.Considering the serious pollution caused by the use of paint to the environment and serious harm to human health,in recent years,the state and local authorities have promulgated the management regulations restricting the VOC emission,and clearly restrict the use of high VOC emission coatings,so the coatings are used.The conversion of industry to“green industry”has no delay,and water-based coatings,as a kind of coatings which are both healthy and good in color protection,are becoming more and more popular with ship users.Combined with the current situation of ship industry,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of waterborne coatings,and expounds its application and prospect.
