This article analyzes the failure of the slag discharge system of GE coal slurry gasifier.Firstly,the failure of the slag discharge system of GE coal-water slurry gasifier was analyzed from two aspects of the slag discharge system process and the slag discharge system fault category.Then the paper describes the actual conditions of the slag at the bottom of the cone bottom brick and the slag clogging slag,and the treatment methods.It is hoped that through the discussion of this article,it can provide valuable reference for fault analysts.
