摘要
随着经济的发展,我国有色冶金和化工行业发展迅速,间接加热型回转窑由于其较好的密封性能和控制精度,成为行业用来焙烧金属及非金属氧化物的重要工艺设备。基于此,以间接加热型回转窑焙烧碳酸铅作为研究对象,通过对其工作原理与结构特点进行分析,分别从主要工艺性能要求、技术参数计算、实验过程与结果等方面详细阐述间接加热型回转窑焙烧碳酸铅的可行性。
With the development of the economy,China’s non-ferrous metallurgy and chemical industry has developed rapidly.The indirect heating rotary kiln has become an important process equipment used to roast metal and non-metallic oxides in the industry because of its better sealing performance and control precision.Based on this,this paper takes the lead carbonate in the indirect heating rotary kiln as the research object.Through the analysis of its working principle and structure characteristics,the feasibility of calcination of lead carbonate in indirect heating rotary kiln from the main process performance requirements,technical parameters calculation,experimental process and results are described in detail.
