摘要
在企业管理中,借助薪酬管理体系实现对员工的激励,提升员工在工作方面的主动性与参与热度是人力资源管理的有效方式之一。目前虽然我国石油企业有许多的进步和发展,但是在管理体系方面以及当代社会环境角度来看仍然有许多的改进空间,这也间接提升了绩效管理方面的改进空间。对此,为了更好地提升石油企业经济效益,详细分析了石油企业绩效管理与薪酬激励机制,希望可以为今后相关工作者提供理论性帮助。
In enterprise management,it is one of the effective ways of human resources management to use the salary management system to achieve incentives for employees and improve employees’initiative and participation in work.At present,although there are many advances and developments in China’s oil companies,there are still many room for improvement in the perspective of the contemporary social environment in the management system.This indirectly enhances the room for improvement in performance management.In this regard,in order to better enhance the economic efficiency of oil companies,this paper analyzes the performance management and compensation incentive mechanism of petroleum companies in detail,hoping to provide theoretical assistance for relevant workers in the future.
