摘要
建立阿齐沙坦片的溶出度测定方法,并进行方法学研究。采用p H6.8磷酸盐缓冲液900m L为溶出介质,转速为50r/min,取样时间为45min,紫外-可见分光光度法检测,检测波长为245nm。阿齐沙坦在1.035 6~11.3913μg/m L浓度范围内(r=0.999 7)呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.0%.本法能够用于测定阿齐沙坦片的溶出度,操作简便,准确可靠。
To establish a dissolution method for Azilsartan Tablets.Dissolution medium is PH6.8 pHospHate buffer 900ml,speed is 50r/min,sampling time is 45 minutes and by UV-Visible spectropHotometry detecting and detection wavelength is 245nm.Azilsartan within 1.035 6~11.391 3μg/mlConcentration range(r=0.999 7)showed a good linear relationship,and the averageRecovery rate was 99.3%,RSD was 1.0%.The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for detecting the dissolution of Azilsartan Tablets.
