摘要
灵菌红素是由革兰氏阴性菌产生的次级代谢产物,其共同的特征是含有一个甲基的吡咯骨架。灵菌红素是一种有效促进细胞凋亡的药物,能诱导多种癌细胞凋亡,同时发现,它们对许多癌细胞系具有活性,对正常细胞系几乎没有毒性,表明灵菌红素具有一定的靶向性。重点介绍了来自沙雷氏菌的灵菌红素的药理活性和潜在应用。
Prodigiosins(PG)is a secondary metabolite produced by gram-negative bacteria.The common feature is a methyl pyrrole skeleton containing a methyl.Erythropoietin is an effective drug to promote apoptosis.It can induce apoptosis in many kinds of cancer cells.At the same time,it is found that they are active to many cancer cell lines and have little toxicity to normal cell lines.This review article focuses on the pharmacological activities and potential applications of the erythropoietin from Serratia marcescens.
