Evaluation Method of Flushing Efficiency for Cementing Fluid

伴随石油海上平台作业的开展,对固井作业的开展提出更高的要求。值得注意的是,目前在固井作业活动中,所选用的冲洗效率评价方法仍有一定不足之处,表现为测试准确性不高、实验重复性问题等,这些均导致固井冲洗效率难以保证,而解决该问题的关键在于选择有效的评价方法,通过评价对比,选择适宜的冲洗方法。本次研究将对固井冲洗液冲洗效率评价方法做简单介绍,并通过实验方式,验证评价结果。

With the development of offshore oil platform operation,higher requirements for cementing operation are put forward.It is worth noting that in the current cementing operations,there are still some shortcomings in the selection of efficiency evaluation methods,which are characterized by low accuracy and repeatability of the experiment.These results are difficult to guarantee the efficiency of cementing,and the key to solving the problem is to select effective evaluation methods and through evaluation.Price contrast,choose suitable washing method.This study will briefly introduce the evaluation methods of the flushing efficiency of cementing flushing fluid,and verify the evaluation results by way of experiment.
