摘要
通过对国内数家有代表性的众筹网站——众筹网、京东众筹和摩点网中上线的众筹项目有关数据进行研究,采用STATA分析国内众筹投资行为的特征,发现国内众筹投资行为羊群效应的存在,并利用众筹投资行为中羊群效应的存在对创新创业企业及个人创业者、众筹网站、大众投资者、监管部门提出管理建议。
Taking the data from several domestic representative crowd-funding websites-ZhongChou,JD Finance and MoDian,it is found that herd effect exists in domestic crowd-funding by using STATA to analyze characteristics of domestic investment behavior.Based on herd effect in domestic crowd-funding,some suggestions are put forward to the innovative businesses,individuals,crowd-funding websites,public investors and regulatory authorities.
