摘要
为了解高校辅导员领悟社会支持、自尊与幸福感之间的关系,并探究高校辅导员自尊在其领悟社会支持与幸福感之间的中介作用,采用领悟社会支持量表、自尊量表以及综合幸福问卷,对272名高校辅导员进行调查,结果表明:(1)高自尊水平的高校辅导员领悟社会支持、幸福感都极其显著地高于低自尊水平的高校辅导员;(2)高校辅导员领悟社会支持与自尊、幸福感两两变量之间都存在非常显著正相关;(3)自尊在高校辅导员领悟社会支持基础上对其幸福感回归效应显著,为二者之间重要的中介变量。
In order to understand the relationship among college counselors’perceived social support,self-esteem and happiness,and explore the mediating effect of self-esteem on their perceived social sup-port and happiness,Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Self-Esteem Scale(SES)and Multiple Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ)are employed to survey 272 college counselors.The results show that:(1)The per-ceived social support and sense of happiness of the college counselors with high level of self-esteem are significantly higher than those with low level of self-esteem;(2)There is a significant positive correlation among their perceived social support,self-esteem and sense of happiness;(3)Self-esteem based on their perceived social support has a significant regression effect on their sense of happiness,and is an impor-tant intervening variable between them.
