全口义齿修复过程中健康教育的应用价值

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育在全口义齿修复过程中的应用效果。方法:选择60例牙列缺损需全口义齿修复的患者,随机分为试验组和对照组(n=30),试验组给予常规护理与健康教育,对照组给予常规护理。结果:试验组健康教育后对全口义齿修复相关知识的知晓率为95.00%,对照组为73.33%,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);佩戴义齿后试验组感觉舒适的比例为96.67%、对照组为76.67%(P<0.05);试验组满意率为93.33%、对照组分别为73.33%(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育可提高全口义齿修复效果。
