基于专利转让的“双一流”大学知识转化能力研究 被引量:27

摘要 专利转让代表深层次的知识成果转化,通过分析"双一流"高校专利转让网络来评价高校的知识成果转化能力,运用Gephi绘制转让合作网络图,并测算各节点的中心度等指标。研究表明,"双一流"高校的专利质量相对较高,但成果转化率不高,且大多是基于省内成果转化。在专利转让省/市/自治区网络中存在明显的核心-边缘结构,"双一流"高校中清华大学和上海交通大学的专利转化程度最好。总体来看,中国"双一流"高校的专利知识成果转化还处于发展阶段,应该适当改变现有的成果转让模式,更要注意加强各省/市/自治区企业高校的合作交流。 The transfer of patents represents a deep-seated transformation of knowledge achieve-ments.Through the analysis of the Double First-Classuniversities’patent transfer networks to evaluate the ability of these universities to transform their knowledge,the paper uses gephi to draw the transfer network,and then measure the centrality of each node and other indicators.Research shows that the quality of patents in the Double First-Class universities is relativelyhigh,but the conversion rate of results is not high,and most of them are based on the transformation of the province’s achievements.In addition,there is a clearcore-periphery structure in the network of patent transfer provinces.Among the Double First-Class universities,Tsinghua University and Shanghai JiaotongUniversity have the best degree of patent conversion.Overall,the transformation of patent knowledge in China’s Double First-Class universities is still at astage of development.The existing mode of transfer of achievements should be appropriately changed,and more attention should be paid to strengthen thecooperation and exchange among universities and municipalities in various provinces and cities
